GROUP BOOKINGS
TERMS & CONDITIONS


Applicable for all parties of 10 and above

1. TERMS
All reservations of  the Meathouse London restaurant provisional or confirmed, are made upon and are subject to the following Terms & Conditions and no variation thereof will be accepted unless agreed in writing.

2. CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
A written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of £50 per table will be required from the Client to guarantee a booking. The deposit can be paid by cash , BaCs or credit card as a guarantee of the booking.

3. CANCELLATION
Once a booking has been confirmed in writing, if it is cancelled the deposit will be retained

4. NUMBERS
Confirmation of numbers for an event is required 72 hours prior to the date of the function. The Client will be charged on the basis of the confirmed number of guests.
If confirmation is not given, the Client will be charged for the number of guests stated in the most recent correspondence

5. MENUS & WINE LIST
Set menus only are available for all events. to be agreed and confirmed a minimum of 14 days prior.
All of the menus are based on seasonal availability. The wine list is subject to price changes
throughout the year. Meathouse London does not allow food within the venue from external supplies

6. SUGGESTED GRATUITY
A suggested discretionary gratuity of 12.5% will be added to the Client’s account on all consumable items

7. MINIMUM SPEND
There is a minimum spend required for any booking above 30 guests or for any exclusive hire, this is on food & beverage and doesn’t include AV equipment or flowers. 12.5% service charge is added on all food and drink.

8. CAPACITY
Meathouse London restaurant has a maximum capacity for guests standing or seated which are specified in your original provisional email enquiry.

9. TIMINGS
Exclusive hire for lunch is between 12-4pm & dinner 5-11pm, with access to contact one hour prior, earlier access may be possible but this could incur an additional cost.

10. FLOWERS
Flowers are not provided for events but can be arranged at an additional charge.

11. CAKES
Other than cakes, only food produced by Meathouse London is permitted for consumption on the premises.

12. EQUIPMENT
Any electronic equipment that is brought into the building must be pat certified (portable appliance tested).

13. MUSIC
Meathouse London would supply background music. The Client may wish to arrange a DJ or any amplified Music however Meathouse London must be made aware in advance.

14. PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Meathouse London, payment for an event must be made in full at the end of the function. We have the facility to operate a cash bar but we must be made are 72 hours in advance. All major credit cards are accepted.

15. VALUE ADDED TAX
Value added tax at the current rate is included in all prices.

16. MEATHOUSE LONDON PREMISES
Meathouse London will charge for any items belonging to the restaurant that are removed from the premises. Meathouse London will dispose of any equipment that is left for more than 48hours after the event without prior agreement.

For legal and health & safety reasons staff are not permitted to carry heavy items on behalf of customers.

17. TICKET SALES
Meathouse London do not permit the sale of tickets for any private event taking place within the premises. Meathouse London reserve the right to cancel the event in this scenario.
